Research And Development_Chemical Engineer
Job duties and responsibilitiesThorough training of all plants including operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, start up and shut down of plant. Plant performance monitoring and inspection on daily basis for maintaining efficiency of plant. This includes monitoring of plant equipment, material and utility consumption factors, and process parameter deviations.Implementing compliances with Health, Safety and Environmental SOP in all aspects of plant work.Reporting plant performance and production to the General Manager of Research and Development on daily and monthly basis. Installation, commissioning and regular operation of 20 MTPD Liquid Soda Ash plant. Managed production of 300 ton of Soda Ash.
